Shipping  Policy:

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and the delivery is carried out in timeframes depending on the destination. Standard U.S shipping is $25 as items come from West Africa, but there will be promotions from time to time.

Delivery Destinations:

Currently, we will only ship to the United States of America, but if you are a boutique store owner or a wholesale buyer, please email us at styledbyayiba@gmail.com and we will make special deliveries.

Payment Method:

You can pay by any major credit card via PayPal or using your PayPal account.

Returns
 and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, happily accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise for a refund.  Please note that items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Before returning any products, you must request an authorization to return the products, please contact styledbyayiba@gmail.com. You will be sent via e-mail the correct procedure to follow. If your order has already been shipped, we suggest that you to wait until it arrives and then to contact us to request its return. Once the goods have been returned their general conditions will be checked and the refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Custom made or made to order items cannot be returned as they were made specially for you.

At this time, Styled by Ayiba does not do exchanges.
